Proud to be awarded Events Hire Branch of the year by the Hire Industry Association of New Zealand, HireQuip Events is recognised as an Event Industry leader and has played a major role in the provision of temporary overlay to many major events around New Zealand including:

Horse of the Year

One of the singularly largest Equestrian events in Australasia featuring competitors from all around the world and the region. HireQuip is a feature sponsor and event infrastructure supplier.

Ellerslie International Flower Show

The largest event of its kind in the Southern Hemsiphere (well we like to think so!). HireQuip supply thousands of square metres of marquee and flooring structure as well as numerous other event requirements.

Auckland Home Show

NZs largest indoor tradeshow and exhibition and we are happy to have been the primary supplier of event infrastructure, marquees and flooring to this iconic event for the past 5 years…and counting.

Mystery Creek Field Days

The largest outdoor trade show and exhibition in NZ. This significant feature on the agricultural calendar find HireQuip providing the Rural Living Marquee and a number of other large scale marquee structures. HireQuip also has a permanent hire yard set up onsite to assist the many participants with their hire needs from event to machinery items.

In conjunction with its general hire branches HireQuip has five specialist event locations in Auckland, Dunedin, Queenstown, Nelson and Christchurch. These branches store and prepare event specific product and are supported by dedicated specialist staff including project and site managers. These staff are complemented during event periods by equipment trained mechanical staff, marquee riggers, select sub contractors including electricians, plumbers, product specific installation teams and effluent removal teams.

Some 20 years strong in New Zealand’s South Island, in 2006 HireQuip Events has branched out, literally, into the North Island.
